I should be doing the smart thing and going to bed ^^; But I wanted to post this before I forget!
I made a rolled lasagna tonight, which is just a variation of stuffed shells! Which I love!
I started by:
Boiling a bag of spinach,
Boiling my noodles,
and mixing my cheese filling:
The cheese filling is somthing that can be made by taste. But basic ingrediants and measurements are:
1cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Pinch of nutmag
And one egg
(and eventually add spinach in)
All of this is prep work is basicly identical to what you need to do to make Stuffed Shells (Link). I just altered to what my tastes were tonight. Once you now the basic steps and ingredients you can play around and make every dish different and to your liking!
Once your spinach is dried and chopped, mix in with the cheese and then start to spred it on your noodles and roll them:
**Note: I took this pic and then realized I didn't layer the bottom of pan with sauce, so I later removed them all and put the sauce down**
When all are layered and rolled, sprinkle some cheese ontop, cover with foil, and bake for about 20mins in aa 400* oven!
